Our pieces are made to order to your specifications, so we make sure you are completely happy with the design before anything is crafted.

Made to order, approved by you

Before we begin, we send detailed CAD renders of your piece, together with the certified stone options, and make changes until you approve the design. Your size is confirmed at this stage too; see our ring size guide if you are unsure.

Returns, exchanges and resizing

Because every piece is made for you, the return, exchange and resizing terms that apply to your order are set out in writing in your quote, before you pay. Please read them and ask us about anything that is unclear before confirming your order.

If something is not right

If your piece arrives damaged, or is different from the design you approved, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photos, and keep all the original packaging and documents. We will review it with you and let you know the next steps.
