Our authenticity guarantee

We guarantee that your jewelry is exactly what we describe: the metal and karat, and the type of every diamond, lab-grown or natural. Lab-grown and natural diamonds are always disclosed clearly and never mixed without telling you.

Diamond certificates

Diamonds are graded by IGI or GIA where applicable, and the certificate is shared with you before dispatch so you can check the report number with the laboratory yourself.

Caring for your jewelry

• Put your jewelry on after lotions, perfume and hairspray, and take it off for swimming, cleaning, the gym and heavy work.
• Clean it gently with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then rinse and pat dry.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box so diamonds don't scratch other pieces.
• Have prongs and settings checked by a jeweller once a year, especially on rings you wear every day.
