Product information

  • We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Colours and sparkle can look slightly different on screens, and handcrafted pieces may vary slightly from the photos.
  • Carat weights, dimensions and diamond details on the website are indicative; the exact specification for your order is the one in your quote and diamond certificate.
  • Renders in the Ring Builder and 3D viewer are visualisations to help you choose; your approved CAD design is the reference for your piece.

Quotes and orders

  • Prices are given on request. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.
  • Your order is confirmed once you have approved the CAD design and the agreed payment has been received.
  • The return, exchange and resizing terms for your order are the ones stated in your quote.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown on our website and in your quote, including card payments, Zelle, Venmo, Google Pay and bank wire. We never ask for your card details on WhatsApp.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy. Risk in the piece passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

The website content, photographs, videos, 3D models and our designs belong to Starlink Jewels or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access areas that are not meant for the public. We may update or suspend parts of the website at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you. Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
