Every Starlink piece travels fully insured and tracked, from our Surat workshop to your door, anywhere in the world.

Where we ship

We deliver worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and the rest of Europe, Australia and India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, ask us before ordering.

Shipping cost

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $500. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is included in your quote before you pay.

When your order arrives

Every piece is made to order after you approve its CAD design, so delivery time depends on the design and on your location. We confirm your expected delivery date on WhatsApp or by email before crafting begins, and let you know if anything changes.

Insurance, tracking and packaging

• Each shipment is fully insured for its value until it is delivered.
• You receive tracking details as soon as your piece is dispatched.
• Your jewelry arrives in secure packaging, together with its diamond certificate where applicable.

Customs, duties and taxes

International deliveries may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country. We will tell you before you order whether they are likely to apply to your delivery and how they are handled.

Receiving your parcel

Because of its value, your parcel may need a signature on delivery. Please check the package when it arrives and contact us straight away if it is damaged or looks tampered with, keeping all packaging.
